UHS补片在生育期男性疝无张力修补术中的应用

目的 探讨超普疝修补装置（ultrapro hernia system,UHS补片）在生育期男性疝无张力修补术中的临床经验及应用价值.方法 回顾性分析采用UHS补片行无张力修补的48例生育期男性腹股沟疝患者的临床资料,观察其术后效果、并发症及对生育的影响.结果 手术时间为35～55 min（平均50 min）,术后未出现阴囊血肿、切口感染,平均住院时间为1.5天;随访1～3年（平均25个月）,无复发、局部异物感及慢性疼痛、射精过程或射精之后腹股沟区灼烧及疼痛感,未发生缺血性睾丸炎、睾丸萎缩、输精管损伤等导致不育的并发症.结论 在熟练的解剖技术、精细的术中操作前提下,应用UHS补片治疗生育期男性腹股沟疝是安全有效的.

Application of UHS patch in the tension-free repair of hernia for male in fertility period

Abstract： Objective To discuss clinical experience and application value of the UHS patch in the repair of tension free hernia in the fertility of male. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 48 cases of tension free repair of inguinal hernia using UHS technology in male fertility patients from November 2010 to November 2012 at Surgical on cology in our hospital, to observe it＇s postoperative results, complication and affects on fertility. Results The operating time was 35 55 min （average 50 min）. scrotal hematoma, wound infection was not appeared; the mean hospital stay was 1.5 days, after a follow up of 1 3years （average 25 months）, there＇s no recurrence, local foreign body sensation and chronic pain, burning and pain in the inguinal region when ejaculation process or after ejaculation, did not occur complications lead to infertility, such as ischemic orchitis, testicular atrophy and vas deferens injury, etc. Conclusion Under the premise of Skilled technology of anatomy, Careful intraoperative operation, the treatment of using UHS patch in fertility of male inguinal hernia is safety and effective.
