半枝莲次生代谢产物含量的分析

摘    要:目的分析半枝莲次生代谢产物含量。方法对不同生境半枝莲的营养器官的7种次生代谢产物含量进行测定。结果无论是阴地还是阳地,半枝莲中7种次生代谢产物的总量、总酚、总生物碱、黄酮的含量为叶>茎>根。7种次生代谢产物的总量、总酚、总生物碱、黄酮、木质素的含量在根、茎、叶中均为阳地>阴地。结论半枝莲通常以叶和茎入药较为合理。

Abstract:[Objective]The contents of 7 secondary metabolisms in the different organs of Scutellaria barbata were determined.[Results]It showed that no matter in shady local or in sunny local, total contents of 7 secondary metabolisms and the content of total phenol, total alkalions and flavonoids were highest in the leaves, while those in stem took the second place and those in root were the lowest. Total contents of 7 secondary metabolism and the content of total phenol, total alkaloids, flavonoids and lignin in root, stem and leaves from sunny local were higher than those from shady local.
