儿童胰腺实性假乳头状瘤多层螺旋CT诊断

目的探讨儿童胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPTP)多层螺旋CT(MSCT)影像学特征。方法对6例经手术完整切除后病理证实的儿童SPTP进行回顾性分析,分析其多层螺旋CT影像特点并与病理对照。结果女5例,男1例,年龄9~13岁,1例多发,5例单发,位于胰头部4例,位于胰尾部3例,肿瘤呈圆形或类圆形,边界清晰,平均直径62.5 mm,肿瘤均呈囊实性,但比例不一,增强后肿瘤实性部分强化,且门静脉期持续性强化,囊性部分均不强化。结论儿童胰腺的较大占位,并有典型SPTP的MSCT表现时,应考虑SPTP的诊断。

Diagnosis of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas in children using multi-slice CT

Objective To assess the MSCT imaging features of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas in children. Methods MSCT of 6 children.(1 boy and 5 girls, age range: 9-13 years) with histologically confirmed solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas was reviewed. Results The 7 tumor masses were in the heads (4) and tails (3) of the pancreas with mean diameter of 62.5 mm. All tumors were round and well-circumscribed mixed cystic and solid masses with early and persistent contrast enhancement in the solid components..The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT was 100%..Conclusion The diagnosis of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas should be considered when large pancreatic mass with typical MDCT feature is found in children.
