| 摘 要： | 作者依据国际旅行卫生保健中心的任务，有针对性地分析了《国际卫生条例（2005年）》与《国际卫生条例（1969）》变化和突出特点，提出几点应对内容，主要包括口岸公共卫生突发事件的监测和应对，流行病的预警和应对，加强传染病监测能力建设，传染病监测信息化管理以及加强与地方卫生部门、疾病控制中心的技术合作，及时通报疫情信息等。

| Abstract: | According to the mission of International Travel Health Care Center, the authors analyzed some changes and characteristic of International Health Regulation （2005） through comparing with International Health Regulation （1968）, and also brought forward some subjects, including surveillance and prevention of emerging public health threats, hightern the ability of infectious diseases surveillance, informationized management of infectious diseases surveillance and strengthen technological cooperation between local santitary departments and CDC and aviso epidemic information in time. |
