连云港口岸出入境人员梅毒检测结果分析

目的了解梅毒在连云港口岸出入境人群中的感染和流行特点，为传染病监测和预防控制工作提供基础数据。方法实验同时采用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验（TRUST）、酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）和梅毒螺旋体抗体血凝试验法（TPPA）3种方法进行梅毒血清学检测。结果12693名出入境人员中，梅毒抗体阳性73例，阳性率0．58％。男性感染率为0．57％，女性感染率为0．59％，男女之间梅毒感染率差异无统计学意义（X^2=0．0065，P〉0．05）。梅毒感染者主要分布在20-49岁年龄段，占感染总人数的90．41％。劳务人员所占比例最高，占83．56％：其次为交通员工，占感染总人数的9．59％。结论切实加强出入境人员传染病监测的同时，应积极做好预防保健咨询和卫生防病知识的宣传教育，提高出入境人员自我防护意识，从源头上切断梅毒的传播和流行。

The Analysis of Syphilis Detection Results among Entry-exit Persons at Lianyungang Port

Objective To understand the status and the trend of syphilis infection among entry-exit persons at Lianyungang Port, and to provide basis of the spread and prevention of infectious diseases. Method Analyzed the result of Serum samples by TPPA, ELISA and TRUST to confirm syphilis infection. Results There were 73 cases of syphilis among 12 693 entry-exit persons, the positive rate was 0.58%. Male infection rate was 0.57%, female 0.59%. There was no significant statistical difference between men and women （22= 0.0065, P〉 0.05）. The group of 20-49 was main infective population, accounted for 90.41%. The infective number of labors was the highest, reached 83.56%. Then was traffic workers, accounted 9.59%. Conelusion It was not only to emphasize surveillance to entry-exit persons, but also focus on healthcare consultation and spread prevention knowledge to advance the consciousness of protecting themselves and stop the transmission and prevalence of syphilis completely.
