摘    要:目的探讨不同炮制方法对菟丝子中3种黄酮类成分的影响。方法采用HPLC法同时测定菟丝子生品、盐炙品、炒黄品、制饼品不同溶剂提取后其中金丝桃苷、山柰酚、槲皮素的质量分数。结果盐炙品、炒黄品中金丝桃苷、山柰酚均较生品略有降低,槲皮素升高,但乙醇溶剂中3种成分的溶出量均较生品有所增加;制饼品中3种黄酮类成分均较生品显著降低。结论盐炙、炒黄利于菟丝子中黄酮类成分的溶出。

Abstract:AIM To explore the effect of the different processing methods on the changes of three kinds of flavonoids ingredients in Cuscutae Semen.METHODS HPLC was used to measure the contents of hyperin,kaempferol and quercetin in raw Cuscutae Semen,and its decoction pieces,including stir-frying with salt-water,simple stir-frying,and filt-cake.RESULTS Contents of hyperin and kaempferol in stir-frying with salt-water and simple stir-frying of Cuscutae Semen were lower than that of the raw,but quercetin content went up...
