漳州招银港区登革热传播媒介监测结果分析

目的了解漳州招银港区蚊虫媒介指数、伊蚊密度及布雷图指数趋势，为漳州口岸开展预防登革热疫情发生提供科学依据。方法于2008年5～10月，选择码头内外范围实施成蚊及蚊幼虫监测。结果容器指数（CI）、布雷图指数（BI）和千人指数平均值分别为20．6、1．68和5．13，诱器指数为0．03，幼虫密度为1．81条／100ml。共捕获成蚊125只，其中白纹伊蚊占63．2％，致倦库蚊占32％，白纹伊蚊为优势种群，平均密度为8．33只·人工小时。幼虫布雷图指数5月份开始上升，高峰值出现在6月份。结论漳州港招银港区伊蚊密度仍较高，港区存在登革热发生和流行的潜在危险，必须加强口岸区域的卫生监督工作，进一步整治周围环境，消除伊蚊孳生地，才能有效防止疫情的发生和流行。

The Report of Dengue Transmission Intermedia at Zhaoyin Port District in Zhangzhou Port

Objective Know about the trend of dengue intermedia index, aedes density and breteau index at Zhaoyin Port District in Zhangzhou Port, and provide scientific basis of preventing dengue. Methods Surveillance mosquito and larvael around the port. Results Average data of CI, BI and Investigated 22 times all over the year. 926 hydrocele containers were found, 261 containers had intermedium grubs, which were dengue intermedia called aedes after judged. The year average value of container index and breteau index and thousand-person index were 20.6, 1.68 and 5.13 respectively. Grub density was 1.81per 100ml. 125 adults mosqitos was captured. Ae.albopictus accounted 63.2%. Cx.quinquefasciatus accounted 32%. Ae.albopictus was dominant breed and the average density was 8.33 one person an hour. Breteau index of larvael ascended from May, June reached the top. Conclusion The density of aedes is so high that there is still potential dangerous of dengue prevail. Focus on port intermedia surveillance and improve the entironment will prevent the prevail of epidemic situation.
