| 摘 要： | 本文对漳州市2004～2008年82 133例无偿献血者HIV的感染情况进行统计分析。其中用ELISA初筛HIV抗体阳性为128例,而WB确认阳性数仅为3例。因此,提高ELISA检测试剂的特异性应引起试剂生产厂家的重视;血站应加强实验室管理,提高血液检测人员的检测水平,选择特异性强、敏感性高的检测试剂,强化检验过程的质量控制。

| Abstract: | The article analized HIV infection condition among free blood donors in Zhangzhou city from 2004 to 2008.There were 128 cases of HIV anti-body positive by Screening test among 82 133 free blood donors.But only were 3 cases comfirm by WB.So the regeant producers should pay more attention to specificity of ELISA detection reagent.And the Blood Bank should strengthen the laboratory management, improve detecion level,chose the best detection reagent in specificity and sensitivity,and strengthen quality control ... |
