| 摘 要： | 作者对出入境人员进行健康检查时发现3例原发性肝癌。该3例均为50岁左右中青年男性,其中两例是HBsAg携带者;3例患者体重均超重(BMI≥25 kg/m~2);患者均无肝区不适症状,都是健康体检时通过超声检查发现肝脏占位性病变,后经进一步检查而确诊。作者认为常规进行腹部B超检查对肝癌早期发现和及时治疗有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Three cases of primaryc liver cancer were found among entry-exit persons in health examination.They were males around 50 years old and two cases were HBsAg carrier.Three cases were hypergravity(BMI≥25 kg/m2).They were have no abnormal symptomes on their livers,but occupying lesions in their livers was found by ultrasonic examination,which was diagnosed by further examination.So the authors think B ultrasonic examination of abdomen in routine examination is important to discover and cure liver cancer early a... |
