| 摘 要： | 目的 研究景洪哥纳香Goniothalamus cheliensis根醋酸乙酯提取物的化学成分.方法 采用硅胶、Toyopearl HW40、制备高效液相等柱色谱方法分离化合物,根据其理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构.结果 从景洪哥纳香根的醋酸乙酯提取物中分离得到2个新化合物,分别鉴定为单乙酰双哥纳香二醇(1)和景洪哥纳香胺酮(2).结论 化合物1为一个新的苯乙烯内酯二聚体,化合物2为一个新的生物碱. |
