摘    要:目的 基于Box-Behnken实验设计探讨影响龙血竭固体脂质纳米粒的处方因素以优化最佳处方.方法 以龙血竭为模型药物,采用乳化蒸发-低温固化法制备固体脂质纳米粒.利用三因素三水平Box-Behnken实验设计,考察单硬脂酸甘油酯的用量(X1),泊洛沙姆188的用量(X2)以及药物的比例(X3)对固体脂质纳米粒包封率(Y1)、浊度(y2)和载药量(Y3)的影响,通过建立相应的二项式数学模型优化处方.结果 最优处方为固体脂质纳米粒中脂质单硬脂酸甘油酯用量为5%,5.39%的poloxmer 188作为乳化剂,含药物量为15%.结论 采用Box-Behnken实验没计可用于龙血竭固体脂质纳米粒的处方优化筛选.
