| 摘 要： | 目的了解喀什口岸出入境人员HIV流行情况,为防控工作提供科学依据。方法对2005～2006年喀什口岸出入境人员传染病监测体检中检出的HIV感染者进行流行病学调查。结果对15 825名出入境人员传染病监测,共检出HIV感染者14例,感染率为0.088%。感染者以男性为主,占94%;感染途径以性接触为主,占57.14%;年龄分布以20～39岁年龄组的青壮较多,占71.42%;职业分布以干部较高,感染率为0.181%。结论必须加强对口岸出入境高危人群的HIV监测和卫生知识的宣传教育,防止艾滋病的传入和传出,保护人体健康。
