| 摘 要： | 莆田市2008年4月发现一例登革热疑似病例。作者采集病例急性期血清进行检测,并进行流行病学调查。实验室检测结果确定为登革热确诊病例,该病例为在马来西亚感染后的输入性病例。经采取以快速杀灭成蚊和清除伊蚊孳生地为主的综合防治措施后,未发生二代病例。作者提出莆田市输入性登革热引起流行的风险大,应采取防控措施加强国境卫生检疫。
