| 摘 要： | 电子病案是医院信息体系的重要组成部分。电子病案具有显著的优点，但随着电子病案的发展，其对医疗质量的负面影响也逐渐显现。本文系统分析了医院实施电子病案后对医疗质量带来的负面影响，提出了相应的对策。

It has significant advantages, but along with the development of electronic medical records, some negative influences to medical quality gradually emerge. This article analyzed negative influences of application of electronic medical records on medical quality and present corresponding countermeasures. |
