| 摘 要： | 自瘦素发现以来,人们对体内脂肪组织进行了大量的基础及临床研究,血清瘦素与冠心病的关系也受到广泛关注。大多数人的研究都支持高血清瘦素与冠心病的发生有密切关系,瘦素可通过多种途径参与,影响冠心病的发生和发展。现就瘦素与冠心病的发病关系作一综述。

| Abstract: | Since the leptin discovered,many base and clinical studies have been carried out.The relationship between serum leptin and coronary heart disease(CHD) was highly concerned.Most of the studies have proved that there were very clearly relationship between the leptin level and CHD.Leptin would led to CHD by many difference mechanisms.This article evaluates the study progress of leptin and CHD. |
