IGF-1、COX-2在宫颈病变组织中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在宫颈病变组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学(EnVision“)法分别检测IGF-1、COX-2在30例正常组织、30例宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变组织和70例恶性病变组织中的表达情况。结果:在正常组织、宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变组织及宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中,IGF-1的表达阳性率分别为0、3.33%和61.43%,差异有统计学意义(疋。=51.68,P〈0.01);在正常组织、宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变组织及宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中,COX-2的表达阳性率分别为0、6.67%和51.43%,差异有统计学意义(矿=36.45,P〈0.01)。IGF-1的表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、远处脏器转移、FIGO分期有关,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但与年龄、组织学类型无关,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);COX-2的表达与淋巴结转移、远处脏器转移、FIGO分期有关,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但与肿瘤大小、年龄、组织学类型无关,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。IGF-1表达与COX-2表达呈显著正相关(r=0.64,P〈0.01)。结论:IGF-1、COX-2在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中呈现过表达,检测两者的表达可在-定程度上反映患者的预后。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression of IGF-1 and COX-2 in cervial diseases and their clinical significance. Methods: The expression of IGF-1 and COX-2 was detected bylmmunohlstochemlsty( Enhvlon^TM ) in 30 normal control, 30 cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia and 70 malignant lesion. Results: The expression rate of IGF-1 protein in normal controls cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical squamous-cell carcinoma was respectively 0%, 3.33% and 61.43% with statistical significance among them (X2 = 51.68, P 〈 O. 01). The expression rate of COX-2 protein in normal control, cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical squamous-cell carcinoma was respectively 0% , 6.67% and 51.43% , the difference being statistically significant among them(x2 = 36.45,P 〈 O. O1 ). The expression of IGF- 1 was related to tumor size, lymph node metastasis, distant organ metastasis and FIGO staging(P 〈0.05 ), but not to age and histological type( P 〉0.05 ). The expression of COX- 2 was related to lymph node metastasis, distant organ metastasis and FIGO staging ( P 〈 0.05) ,but not to tumor size, age and histological type (P 〉 0.05 ). There was obviously positive correlation between IGF and COX-2 (r = 0. 64, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: IGF and COX-2 are overly expressed in cervical squamous-cell carcinoma tissue, a combination of the two may reflect patient's prognosis.
