广州市城区成年居民经常性负性情绪调查研究

目的了解广州市城区成年居民经常性负性情绪分布情况。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,对2个街道6个居委共572位成年居民进行问卷调查,主要采用频数分析和χ2分析的方法。结果存在一种及以上经常性负性情绪的居民的比例占12.9%,男性高于女性。经常感到紧张或有压力的居民比例最高,为9.4%。从年龄组看,存在一种及以上经常性负性情绪的比例最高的是40～49岁组,为15.1%。离婚或分居的居民存在负性情绪的比例高于丧偶、在婚和未婚的居民,但其差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。家庭月收入〈1000元的居民存在经常性负性情绪的比例高于收入〉1000元的居民（χ2=6.69,P〈0.05）。结论居民存在经常性负性情绪的比例高,有必要开展心理干预,以促进居民身心健康。

Investigation of Frequent Negative-emotions Among the Adult Residents in Guangzhou Urban Area

OBJECTIVE To study the negative-emotions among the adult residents in Guangzhou urban area. METHODS 572 residents from 6 communities were randomly selected by multistage stratified smpling method.they were had innestigating by skilled commissioners. The data were analyzed with frequency analysis or chi-squared analysis. RESULTS The rate of the adult residents whom had one and more kinds of frequent nagetive-emotion was 12.9%. And the rate of male residents was higher than the rate of female resident（P0.05）. The rate of the adult residents whom had frequently tension or pressure, was 9.4%.It is the highest rate among the nagetive-emotions.The rate of the divorced or living-apart residents,whom had one and more kinds of frequent nagetive-emotion was higher than the others（P0.05）. The rate of the residents,whom had one and more kinds of frequent nagetive-emotion and whose family monthly income were below 1 000 RMB,was higher than the one whose family monthly income upon 1 000 RMB （χ2=6.69, P0.05）. CONCLUSION The rate of frequent negative-emotions among the adult residents was high,effective psychological intervention must be carry out to improve the health of the urban residents.
