胎肺成熟与分娩启动关系探讨

目的探讨胎肺成熟与分娩启动关系.方法1：系统回顾我院1991-1994年收治过期妊娠共208例与头盆关系.2：选择第一胎胎头未入盆550例孕妇分为自愿治疗组300例,对照组250例.对自愿治疗组在孕35-36周用地塞米松促胎肺成熟后追踪分娩周数,同时追踪对照组分娩周数.结果治疗组99.33%于孕39＋周前足月自然发动分娩,过期妊娠率0.67%,对照组孕42周前分娩21.6%,过期妊娠率78.4%.结论胎儿肺部成熟可能是分娩启动的首要原因

To study The relation between fetal lung mature and delivery starting

Objective To study the relation between fetal lung mature and delivery starting. Methods 1.To system study our department 208 posterm pregnancy women that to be in hospital delivery in 1991-1994 years , To study the relation between postern pregnancy and cephalopelvic disproportion. 2.To choose 550 the first foetus pregnant women that cephalopelic disproportion were as those posterm pregnancy women.300 according pregnant women were the groups in curing .250 pregnant women were the groups in observing.those pregnant women who were the group in curing were given D.X.M to make the fetal lung mature. Rfter that to track what time both groups pregnant women were natural delivery. Results The curing group had natural delivery before 39+weeks pregnancy. Posterm pregnancy were 0.67%. The observing group had natural delivery before 42 weeks pregnancy were 21.6%. Posterm pregnancy were 78.4%. Conclusions The fetal lung mature maybe the first reason to start delivery.
