陶瓷头非骨水泥人工股骨假体在全髋关节置换术中的应用

目的:总结在人工全髋关节置换术中使用陶瓷头非骨水泥人工股骨假体的临床效果及经验。方法:回顾分析采用陶瓷头非骨水泥人工股骨假体对157例患者(191个髋)进行的人工全髋关节置换手术。其中141例(176个髋关节)得到了平均51.3个月的完整随访,借用Livemore方法了解聚乙烯衬垫是否存在磨损,通过Harris评分及X线片评价临床效果。结果:Harris评分的优良率达96.6%。X线片未见假体松动和骨溶解;未见聚乙烯磨损,未见陶瓷人工股骨头碎裂。结论:人工全髋关节置换术中使用陶瓷头非骨水泥人工股骨假体的短期临床效果满意。

The clinical outcome of using alumina ceramic head for cementless total hip arthroplasty

Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcome of using alumina ceramic heads for cementless total hip arthroplasty.Methods:Between May 1998 and June 2004,we performed 191 cementless THAs in 157 patients with different reasons of advanced hip diseases.176 THAs in 141 patients were followed up at average 51.3 months.The patients were evaluated with Harris Hip Score and radiographic analysis.The wear of polyethylene of the acetabular component was measured according to the method described by Livemore.Results:96.6%of patients had a excellent or good results evaluated by Harris Hip Score post-operation.There was no periprosthetic osteolysis and no evidence of loosening on the follow-up radiographs.None of the cases had a broken ceramic head or wear of polyethylene.Conclusion:Alumina ceramic head for cementless THA was found to perform will with good clinical and radiographic results in short-term period.
