摘    要:目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(Osteopontin,OPN)与冠状动脉钙化积分的相关性。方法:采用ELISA法检测正常人和冠状动脉不同钙化积分冠心病患者血清中OPN水平,比较其差异性。结果:OPN在不同钙化积分疾病组和对照组之间其血清水平浓度差异显著,疾病组OPN血清浓度与对照组比较,差异显著。结论:OPN与冠状动脉钙化关系密切,OPN对冠心病诊断价值明显。

Correlation analysis between osteopontin and coronary artery calcification score

Abstract:Objective : Osteopontin and the correlation of coronary artery calcium score. Methods : ELISA method was used to detect the normal and coronary artery calcification score in serum of patients with different coronary heart disease of osteopontin (OPN), Compare the difference.Results : OPN in the different calcium score disease group and the control group significant difference between the level of serum concentration, OPN disease group serum concentration compared with control group, significant difference. Conclusions : OPN closely associated with coronary artery calcification, OPN has an obvious coronary heart disease diagnostic value.
