车载式MRI车体设计探索

摘    要:目的为适应武警部队遂行多样化任务卫勤保障需求,提高医疗救援现场诊断的精确性,现需研制具有集成度高、机动性强、稳定性好、操作方便等特点的车载式MRI诊断车。方法基于开放型永磁核磁设备结构尺寸、人机工程等要求,考虑适用范围、运行成本、图像质量及防振、防湿等性能,设计结构紧凑、操作方便、环境适应性强的轻型车载式磁共振系统装备。结果本研究扩展了磁共振成像系统的应用范围,并以车载式逐步实现了固定式开放型永磁磁共振系统的功能要求,解决了自然灾害现场及处置突发事件的医疗诊断中造成的实质脏器和软组织复合损伤无法精确诊断的难题。结论车载式MRI车可靠性高、机动性强、适应范围广,能够满足部队处置现场救治诊断的便捷性与准确性,但在一些精确设计环节上,如,图像清晰度、车载携行问题方面,需要进一步论证研发,以达到快速高效保障部队自然灾害救援、处突、医疗巡诊等多样化任务的实际要求。

Abstract:Objective To meet various tasks of CAPF' s medical support demand and improve the accuracy of on-site diagnosis at in any medical rescue mission, it reflected a demand for developing a mobile MRI which carries the following features of high integration, flexibility, stability, as well as easy operation. Methods The following criteria were defined for the mobile MRI design: opening type permanent magnet magnetic equipment size, man-machine engineering, scope, cost, imagequality, anti-moisture, compact design, being convenient with strong adaptability to the environment. Results The study expanded application scope of fixed open type permanent magnet magnetic resonance imaging system and made it possible to realize its functionalities. It also solved the challenge of being difficult to achieve accurate diagnosis in a given natural disasters due to patient' s parenchymal organs and soft tissue injury. Conclusion Features of mobile MRI car meet on-site diagnosis for being convenient and accurate. It needs to be improved in the areas of image clarity and pulling carriage so that meet diversified talks in all types of rescue mission.
