202例高龄老人血清葡萄糖、血脂检测结果的初步分析

目的：了解高龄老人血清中葡萄糖、血脂水平及代谢状况。方法：采用日立7180全自动生化分析仪，对202例80岁以上高龄老人和202例65岁以上老人进行血清葡萄糖、血脂检测比较。结果：80岁以上高龄老人除甘油三酯低于65岁以上老人（P〈0．05）外，血清葡萄糖、胆固醇均高于65岁以上老人（P〈0．05）且具有显著差异。男性比较：80岁以上高龄老人血清葡萄糖高于65岁以上老人血清葡萄糖且具有显著差异（P〈0．05），血清甘油三酯、胆固醇无显著差异（P〉0．05）。而女性：血清甘油三酯无显著差异（P〉0．05），80岁以上高龄老人血清葡萄糖、胆固醇均高于65岁以上老人且具有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：血清中葡萄糖、血脂含量变化直接反映糖类、酯类代谢，血清葡萄糖、血脂的升高与心血管疾病的发生密切相关。我们应帮助老年人提高健康意识并给予相应的干预措施，以减少各种疾病发生。

Preliminary analysis of serum glucose and blood lipid detection results in 202 case elderly people

Objective ： To get to know about serum glucose and blood lipid as well as metabolism among elderly people. Methods ： Hitachi 7180 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to test and compare the levels of serum glucose and blood lipid among 202 elderly people above 80 years old and 202 elderly ones above 65 years old.Results ： Compared with the ones above 65 years old, the elderly people above 80 have higher levels of serum glucose and cholesterol （ P〈0.05 ） but lower levels of triglyeerides （ P〈0.05 ） , which has significant difference. The results show that the level of serum glucose is higher among male over 80 than those over 65 （P〈0.05）, but no significant difference has been found in the levels of triglyeerides or cholesterol （ P〉0.05 ） . However, the female of different age groups has no significant difference in the levels of triglyeerides （ P〉0.05 ）, but lower levels of serum glucose and cholesterol among the female above 65 years old （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusions ： Amount changes of glucose and lipid in blood directly reflect the fat and carbohydrate metabolism; the cardiovascular diseases are also closely related to the rising level of serum glucose and blood lipid. We should amuse health awareness of elder People and reduce the incidence rate of these diseases by taking relative measures.
