乌鲁木齐市非急救体系医护人员应急救援能力培训效果评价

目的 培养医院非急诊科医、护、技人员应急救援能力,为医院应对突发公共卫生事件储备人力.方法 选择乌鲁木齐市两家三级甲等综合性医院2010年以前进院的非急诊科医生、护士、医技人员作为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组,对研究组开展相关应急救援知识和技能的培训,对照组未采取任何干预措施.对所有研究对象进行培训前、后的5项（理论知识考核、心肺复苏技能、止血与包扎技能、伤员搬运技能、急救器材的使用）应急能力的考核,采用SPSS17.0统计软件对考核成绩进行分析。结果 培训前两家医院所有研究对象考核成绩均较低，

Evaluation on effectiveness of the emergency training for non-emergency health care personnel

Objective To improve those non-emergency doctors, nurses and technicians＇ emergency rescue abilities as a reserve force for event of rescue mission. Methods The doctors, nurses and technicians who were employed at the two major comprehensive hospitals in Urumqi before 2010 were selected and divided into two groups, experiment group of which a full pre-training course for emergency rescue was provided, and control group of which no pre-training course was provided at all. After the training, the result from both groups were assessed and analyzed by adopting SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results It reflected a low score prior to the training at both groups, after an improvement was found at both groups after the training. The assessment demonstrated a significant improvement of experiment group. Conclusion The assessment indicated an obviously positive result of this training. It is considered being effective and meaningful to improve the hospital＇ s emergency response ability as a whole.
