冠心病人强化健康教育后的血脂变化

目的：评价两年来对稳定期冠心病人进行强化二级预防措施后的效果，特别是血脂变化的评价。方法：病人住院期间除基本的二级预防的药物措施和普通健康知识宣教外，还分组在讲座中和网络互动中，进行降血脂和抗炎症因子方面的专业知识教育，并分别于1年和2年后统计急性冠脉事件发生情况，研究的终末进行血脂变化的分析，以了解健康教育的效果。结果：研究期间观察组病人未发生急性冠脉事件，对照组病人发生5例急性冠脉事件；两组病人对健康教育均依从性较高，但观察组有关炎症因子的知识测验分数比对照组增高显著，血脂控制理想，主动预防急性冠心病事件的意识较强。结论：对稳定期冠心病人进行降脂和抗炎治疗并强化健康教育，努力减少心血管事件，会取得持续有效的理想效果。

Blood lipid changes of coronary heart disease patients after strenqthened health education

Objective ： To observe the effect of enhanced health education among stable coronary heart disease（CHD） patients. Methods ： Sixty cases of CHD patients were divided into two groups and were seperately educated in the hospital to renew knowledge about preventing and treating coronary heart events, but only giving special lectures to the observing group. A final small test is required after 24 months.Results ： The observing group has much less aeute heart events and the exam results is well. Conclusions ： Adding speeial knowledge in the eoronary heart disease health education may prevent angina onset and reduee the aeute heart events.
