摘    要:目的:分析2013年1月至6月中医医院院内感染资料,为本院医院感染管理提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2013年1-6月院内感染相关项目,并对其结果进行统计性分析。结果:1.院内感染发生率较高的科室依次为脑血管病科、重症监护室、老年病,所占百分比依次为33.33%、19.05%、19.05%;2.感染部位分布率由高到低依次为下呼吸道、上呼吸道、泌尿道;3.1-6月检出的76株病原菌中,以革兰阴性杆菌居多,占59.15%。结论:为本医院感染管理探讨解决方案提供了很好的依据。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the pathogens distribution in Shandong Chinese medicine hospital nosocomial infection from January to July of 2013 for empiric treatment. Methods : The retrospective analysis were used all pathogens and analyzed the result by statistically study.Results : The nosocomial infection occurred more in the department of cerebrovascular diseases, in the department of intensive care unit, in the department of geriatrics than the other department. And the percentage were 33.33%, 19.05% and 19.05% respectively. Site of infection were upper respiratory tract, lower respiratory tract, urinary tract in descending order distribution rate of respectively. The date of Gram-negative bacteria was the most of 76 detected pathogens from January to July of 2013. Conclusions : To provide a good basis for the hospital infection contro.
