摘    要:目的 探讨螺旋CT三维重建技术在医院船执行远海非战争军事行动中的应用价值.方法 在医院船执行“和谐使命-2013”任务期间,采用西门子公司SOMATOM Emotion 6螺旋CT扫描机,对包括866船官兵、亚丁湾各国护航官兵、东南亚8个国家各国民众及华人华侨在内的656例患者进行CT扫描,其中390例进行三维(冠状位、矢状位、斜位)重建,比较不同扫描部位应用不同扫描参数的图像质量、诊断效果.结果 390例患者行CT三维重建,最多的CT重建部位依次为脊柱(246)、鼻窦(53)、骨关节(45)、颞骨及内听道(21)、胸部(12)、腹盆腔(6)、头部(6)、茎突(1).结论 CT三维重建技术在医院船执行医疗救援中具有重要的应用价值,根据不同检查部位、诊断需求选择适当的扫描方法和三维重建技术可以大大提高螺旋CT在医院船执行远海非战争军事行动中的应用价值。

Application of spiral CT 3D reconstruction on the hospital ship in non-war military ocean operation

Abstract:Objective To analyze the computed tomography 3D-reconstruction in hospital ship during non-war military ocean operation. Methods In the Mission Harmony-2013, a CT scan exam was taken on the hospital ship in Gulf Aden and eight countries in Southeast Asia. 656 local patients received spiral CT scan exam of which 390 received 3D reconstruction scan exam, and soilders in 866 ship and Chinese and foreign soldiers convoying in Gulf of Aden Chinese and foreign residents in 8 countries in South east Asia were taken the scan exam on SOMATOM Emotion 6 spiral CT machine. Images in different examined portions and scan parameters were analyzed. Results 390 patients received CT examination and 3D reconstruction during the task. The most common examined portions were spine (246), sinus (53), bone and joint (45), internal ear and temporal bone (21), thorax (12), abdomen and pelvic (6), head CT (6), styloid process (1). Conclusions MSCT 3D reconstruction has great value in hospital ship during overseas medical service. Reasonable parameters and methods should be selected exactly according to different examination portion and clinical need in order to improve the value of CT 3D reconstruction. Reasonable scan parameters and reconstruction methods selection is considered being very valuable for future overseas medical service.
