不同用药方案治疗68例幽门螺杆菌相关性十二指肠溃疡的临床分析

目的：研究分析不同用药方案治疗幽门螺杆菌（HP）相关性十二指肠溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2011年9月-2013年11月期间，在本院接受治疗的68例幽门螺杆菌相关性十二指肠溃疡患者，随机分为观察A组、观察B组和对照组，每组24例。对照组患者采用常规的十二指肠溃疡治疗方法，观察A组采用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗，观察B组在西药治疗的基础上加用中药消溃平汤剂，比较三组患者的HP根除率、十二指肠溃疡的愈合情况及溃疡的复发率。结果观察A组和观察B组的HP根除率91.7%、95.8%显著高于对照组的HP根除率54.2%（P〈0.05）；三组患者的十二指肠溃疡的愈合情况比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；治疗后2年回访中，观察A组和观察B组的的复发率8.3%、4.2%显著低于对照组的复发率37.5%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在治疗十二指肠溃疡的同时给予抗HP治疗的临床效果显著，不仅提高了溃疡愈合速度，而且有效预防溃疡的复发，值得临床推广和应用。

Clinical analysis of different regimens in the treatment of helicobacter pylori related duodenal ulcer

Objective To study the clinical effect of different regimen in the treatment of helicobacter pylori（HP） related duodenal ulcer. Methods Chose 68 cases of duodenal ulcer patients between September 2012 and November 2012 in our hospital for treatment and divided them into observation group A, observation group B and control group, 24 cases for each group. Control group treated with normal duodenal ulcer treatment, observation group A treated with omeprazole combined amoxicillin and clarithromycin treatment, observation group B treated with traditional Chinese medicine Xiaokui Pingtang Decotion on the basis of western medicine, compared HP eradicate rate and healing rate and ulcer recurrence in three groups. HP eradicate rate, the healing and ulcer recurrence. Results Total effectiveness of treatment group （97%） better than the control group（88.2%） （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Anti HP treatment is significant for the treatment of duodenal ulcer, for it not only raises the speed of the ulcer healing, but also effectively prevents ulcer recurrence, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
