复方苦参注射液联合紫杉醇治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的观察复方苦参注射液联合紫杉醇治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法63例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组31例。治疗组采用复方苦参注射液配合的紫杉醇治疗,对照组单用紫杉醇治疗。疗程均为2周。观察两组治疗后近期疗效、疼痛缓解、KPS评分改善和毒副反应情况。结果治疗组与对照组在KPS评分改善(50.0%vs32.2%)、疼痛缓解(78.1%vs48.4%)具有显著性差异(P<0.05);毒副反应治疗组较对照明显减轻(P<0.05);治疗组近期总有效率为53.1%,对照组为48.3%(P>0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合紫杉醇治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌能明显缓解疼痛,提高KPS评分,减少化疗毒副反应,提高患者对化疗的耐受能力,改善生存质量。

Clinical Observation of "Fufang Kushen Injection" plus Paclitaxel in Treating Elderly Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To observe the clinical effects of "Fufang Kushen Injection" plus paclitaxel in the treatment of elderly advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 63 subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 32 cases were treated by "Fufang Kushen Injection" plus paclitaxel and control group in which 31 cases were treated by simple paclitaxel,with a course of two weeks;the near-term effects,pain relief,KPS and adverse effects were observed. Results After treatment,there were striking differences(P < 0.05) between two groups in KPS(50.0% vs 32.2%),pain relief(78.1% vs 48.4%) and adverse effect abatement;the total effective rate was 53.1% in treatment group and 48.3% in control group,P > 0.05. Conclusion This therapy has positive effects on elderly advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
