平阳霉素凝胶剂的制备及临床观察

目的 :制备平阳霉素凝胶剂 ,治疗尖锐湿疣。方法 :以卡波姆作为凝胶基质制备平阳霉素凝胶剂 ,紫外分光光度法进行含量测定 ,并验证尖锐湿疣临床治疗效果。结果 :平阳霉素溶液在291nm处有最大吸收 ,在10μg/ml～70μg/ml范围内吸收度与浓度有良好线性关系 ,其回归方程为A=0 0105C—0 00457(r=0 9996) ,临床治愈率达97 80 %。结论 :平阳霉素凝胶剂性质稳定 ,紫外分光光度法测定快捷、准确 ,外用治疗尖锐湿疣疗效好

Preparation and Clinical Observation of Pingyangmycin Gel

OBJECTIVE： To prepare pingyangmycin gel for treating pointedcondyloma.METHODS： The pingyangmycin gel was prepared with bromdiethylcarbamide as base material.The content was determined by UV－ spectrophotometry and the therapeutic effect on pointed condyloma was observed.RESULTS： The absorption peak of pingyangmycin solution was at 291 nm and a linearity of absorption and concentration was found in range of 10μ g/ml～ 70μ g/ml with a regression equation of A=0.0 105C— 0.00 457(r=0.9 996).The curative rate was 97.80％ .CONCLUSION： Pingyangmycin gel is stable in property and UV－ spectrophotometry is a rapid and accurate detection method.The therapeutic effect on pointed condyloma in local application is satisfactory.
