高效液相色谱法对止咳中药制剂中添加醋酸泼尼松的测定

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定止咳类中药制剂中添加成分醋酸泼尼松,以控制中成药及保健食品的质量。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsil:C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-甲醇-甲酸铵溶液(22.5∶22.5∶55);流速:1mL.min-1;检测波长:225 nm。结果:醋酸泼尼松在40.80～367.18μg/mL范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=1.1%。结论:本法准确、分离度好、回收率高、专属性强,可作为止咳类中药制剂中添加成分醋酸泼尼松的检测方法。

HPLC Determination of prednisone acetate added illegally in Chinese Herbal Cough preparations

Objective： To build HPLC to determine prednisone acetate added illegally in Chinese Herbal Cough preparations,for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicines and health foods.Method： The detection conditions were： Diamonsil C18（5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm）;the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-solution of ammonium formate（22.5：22.5：55）;the flow rate was 1mL·min-1;detection wavelength was 225 nm.Results：The linear range of the concentration curve was 40.80-367.18μg·mL-1.The average recovery of the added sample was 99.6% with RSD=1.1%.Conclusion：The method is accurate and specific,with better resolution and high recovery rate,and can be used to determine prednisone acetate in Chinese Herbal Cough preparations.
