| 健康教育对精神分裂症病人服药依从性的影响 |

| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨健康教育对住院精神分裂症病人服药依从性的影响。方法]将120例住院的精神分裂症病人随机分为健康教育组和对照组各60例,对照组为单纯抗精神病药物治疗,并进行一般性的指导,健康教育组以抗精神病药物治疗及进行各种方式的健康教育,对健康教育前后两组病人服药依从性进行比较。结果]教育后健康教育组服药依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]健康教育能明显提高住院精神分裂症病人的服药依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into influence of health education on orally taking medicine compliance of schizophrenia patients.Methods:A total of 120 schizophrenia inpatients were divided into health education group and control group randomly(60 cases each).Patients of control group were only given antipsychotics treatment and commonly instruction.Patients of health education group were given antipsychotics treatment and various health education were carried out for them.And orally taking medicine compliance between the two group patients were compared before and after health education.Results:Orally taking medicine compliance of health education group patients was much higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education can enhance orally taking medicine compliance of schizophrenia inpatients. |
