| 摘 要： | 目的：分析儿童医院门诊药房药学服务的现状与不足。方法：对我院新门诊大楼启用两年来的药学服务情况进行分析。结果：树立“以人为本”的服务理念，改善门诊药师的整体形象，不断提高药师的业务水平，并在硬件上加以改善，对于门诊药师做好药房工作具有十分重要的意义。结论：医院门诊药房药学服务首先应转变观念，以“单纯交代医嘱的被动服务”转变为“保障用药安全、合理的主动服务”，同时药学服务离不开医院的大力支持。

| Abstract: | Aim:To discuss the status and shortcomi ng s of pharmacy service in children's hospitals.Methods: Pharmacy service of our hospital in recent two years was analyzed.Results: The followung four factors were summed up:paying more attention to patients;i mproving the whole image of pharmacists;enhancing the professional level of phar macists;improving the facilities.Conclusion:To change traditiona l ideas must be put in comand in hospital pharmacy servicce;drugs for patiants s hould be safe,reasonable and active service should be provided;excellent pharmac y servic is also depandent on strong support of authorities of the hospital. |
