高脂诱导肥胖小鼠焦虑表型的评价

目的：研究高脂食物诱导肥胖小鼠的焦虑样行为。方法将12只C57BL／6J雌性小鼠随机分为2组，分别喂养高脂食物及普通食物8周，观察小鼠的体质量变化，用高架十字迷宫、黑白箱、新物体刺激实验测定动物的行为。结果模型组小鼠在高架十字迷宫、黑白箱、新物体刺激实验中均有明显的焦虑表现。结论高脂食物可作为一种诱导肥胖伴焦虑小鼠模型的造模方式，为进一步研究两者之间的关系提供工具支持。

Evaluate of the anxiety behavior in high -fat diet induced obese mice

Objective To explore the anxiety like behavior induced by high -fat diet in obese mice .Methods Twelve C57BL/6J female mice were randomly divided into two groups and treated with high-fat diet or chow diet respectively for eight weeks .Weight changes were recorded and elevated plus maze ,black and white boxes ,and new objects stimulate assay were used to evaluate animal behavior . Results Compared with the chow diet group ,high-fat diet group showed significant anxiety like behavior in the elevated plus maze ,black and white boxes and the new object stimulation assay .Conclusions High -fat diet can be used to induce obesity with anxiety mice model which is important for further study of the re‐lationship between obesity and anxiety .
