汉族人群 SAPAP3基因多态性与强迫症关系的病例对照研究

目的：探讨汉族人群中SAP90／PSD95相关蛋白3（SAPAP3）基因多态性与强迫症的关系。方法应用TaqMan探针基因分型技术，对578例强迫症患者和649名健康对照者的SAPAP3基因SNP位点rs7555884进行基因型测定，比较两组人群中基因型和等位基因分布的差异。结果 SA‐PAP3基因位点rs7555884基因型频率分布符合Hardy －Weinberg平衡定律（P＞0．05），基因型、等位基因型分布在两组间的差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。性别分层后进行比较，结果显示男性和女性人群中，基因型分布和等位基因分布在强迫症组和对照组间的差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论 SA‐PA P3基因位点rs7555884的多态性可能与汉族人群中强迫症的发生无关联。

SAPAP3 gene polymorphism and its association with obsessive -compulsive disorder in Han population:a case control study

Objective To investigate the association between SAPAP3 gene polymorphism and ob‐sessive -compulsive disorder (OCD) in the Han population .Methods OCD patients (n = 578) and healthy controls (n= 649)were recruited from the Shanghai Mental Health Center .TaqMan SNP geno‐typing assay was adopted and the genotypes of rs7555884 were detected to explore the association be‐tween rs7555884 and OCD .Results The distribution of genotypic frequency of rs7555884 was consistent with Hardy -Weinberg equilibrium (P > 0 .05) .The frequencies of allele and genotype of rs7555884 showed no significant difference between OCD group and control group (P > 0 .05) .Because of differ‐ences in gender proportion (P < 0 .05) ,we compared their data using gender stratification between the two groups ;and no statistical differences were found (P > 0 .05) .Conclusions The SAPAP3 SNP rs7555884 may not be associated with OCD in the Han population .
