摘    要:细菌变成L型后 ,许多生物学性状与原菌不同。为了解淋病奈瑟氏菌 (Neisseriagonorrhoeae ,NG)由细菌型变为L型后 ,随着形态学的改变 ,其蛋白组成和免疫学特征有何变化 ,我们对NG细菌型和L型做了十二烷基磺酸钠———聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳 (SDS—PAGE)和用兔抗NG血清做了免疫印迹分析 (western -blot)。1 材料与方法1 1 材料1 1 1 实验菌株细菌型 :NG标准菌株 2 410 9购自卫生部北京药品生物制品鉴定所及 7株自病人分离的NG。L型 :用苯唑青霉素诱导NG2 410 9株成缺壁菌 ,并在含抗生…

Abstract:In order to analyze the protein composition of N.gonorrhoeae and their 1-forms,SDS-PACE and western-bolt were performed.In SDS-PACE,2 protein bands(66 2 and 14 4 KD)lost and 2 bands(34 and 24 KD)decreased in density.In western blot with the using of anti-N.gonorrhoeae serum,the major outer membrane protein(between 21 and 37 KD)still existed in both N.gonorrhoeae and its L-form,but the decrease in density and 2 additional bands of N.gonorrhoeae were visible in L-form,The electrophoretic pattern in L-forms of N.gonorrhoeae,however,were basically unchanged.Therefore,it can still be used for indentification of N.gonorrhoeae L-form
