摘    要:目的识别某焦化厂建设项目职业病危害因素,分析和评价控制效果。方法现场职业卫生调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查。结果该建设项目选址与总体布局、生产工艺、设备布局、职业病防护设施、个体使用的防护用品等基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》GBZ1—2002的要求,炼焦车间焦炉逸散物、捣固机作业岗位噪声、高温作业场所的温度超过国家卫生标准,分别为1.00~1.95mg/m^3、88.8dB(A)、31.0~37.6℃。其它岗位职业病危害因素浓度(强度)控制在国家现行标准之内。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施基本有效。

Abstract:Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the risk factors of occupational hazards in the coking plant. Methods The field hygiene investigation, occupational risk factors monitoring, and occupational health examination were carried out. Results The items including the selection of site, the arrangement and layout of the facilities, occupational disease prevention and protection measures, and individual preventive articles accorded with the requirements of national standards. The concentrations of coke oven emissions in the air of coking workplace were 1.00 - 1.95 mg/m^3, noise intensity from the making firm by ramming or tamping machine was 88.8 dB (A) , temperatures in the high -temperature operation post were 31.0 -37.6℃ . The results above exceeded the national standards. The concentrations (intensities) of risk factors in other posts accorded with the national standards. Conclusion It is basically effective for the construction project to take preventive measures.
