小剂量苯那普利和美多心安对扩张型心肌病的远期疗效

目的 :观察小剂量苯那普利和美多心安对扩张型心肌病 ( DCM)的远期疗效。方法 :将38例 DCM患者随机分为两组 ,一组为常规治疗 ,一组在常规治疗的基础上加用小剂量苯那普利( 2 .5～ 5mg,1次 /d)和美多心安 ( 6.2 5～ 1 2 .5mg,2次 /d) ,分别于治疗前和治疗后 6、1 2、2 4个月进行超声心动图监测和生活质量评定。结果 :苯那普利加美多心安组治疗后心功能改善程度、左室舒张末内径、每搏量、心排血量及生活质量均较常规治疗组有不同程度的好转 ( P <0 .0 5～0 .0 1 )。结论 :小剂量苯那普利加美多心安治疗 DCM不仅能控制心力衰竭 ,且能提高患者的生活质量 ,降低远期死亡率。

Long-term effects of small dose benazepril and metoprolol on dialated cardiomyopathy

Objective:To observe the long-term efficacy of small dose benazepril and metoprolol on patients with dialated cardiomyopathy.Method:Thirty-eight patients with dialated cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was given routine therapy.Treatment group was given small dose benazepril (2.5～5 mg once a day) and metoprolol (6.25～12.5 mg twice a day) in addition to routine therapy.Echocardiography was performed and the life quality was assessed before and 6, 12, 24 monthes after treatment.Result:Left ventricular (LV) function, LV end-diastolic diameter, stroke volume, cardiac output and life quality were all improved at various degrees in the treatment group compared with the control group (P＜0.05～0.01).Conclusion:Combination of routine therapy with small dose benazepril and metoprolol can control heart failure, improve life quality and reduce long-trem mortality in the patients with dialated cardiomyopathy.
