摘 要: | 用荧光免疫法研究了1,25双羟基维生素D3对大鼠成骨样细胞(ROS17/2.8)细胞骨架的影响和用斑点杂交技术研究了1,25(OH)2D3对人成骨样细胞(OS-732)基因表达的影响。结果表明:在10^-7mol/L1,25(OH)2D3连续作用4d后,大鼠ROS17/2.8细胞的微管蛋白和波形纤维蛋白明显改善,纤粘蛋白荧光明显增强。而在1,25(OH)2D3作用前后OS-732细胞c-myc和m

EFFECT OF 1,25 DIHYDROXYVITAMIN D 3 ON CYTOSKELTAL STRUCTURE AND GENE EXPRESSION IN OSTEOBLAST LIKE CELLS |

Abstract: | The study was carried out to investigate the effects of 1,25 dihydroxyvitamin D 3 1, 25(OH) 2D 3 on cytoskeleton in rat osteoblast like cells (ROS 17/2.8) by immunofluorescent staining methods and on gene expression in human osteoblast like cells (OS 732) by a dot blot techique. The results showed that the microtubules and vimentins improved and the immunoflurorescence of fibronectins increased in ROS 17/2.8 cells after 4 days using 10 -7 mol/L 1,25 (OH) 2D 3 treatment. However c myc and met D highly expressed in OS 732 cells after and before 1,25(OH) 2D 3 treatment. Also the relationships of cell differentiation and cytoskeletal structure and gene expression were discussed. |
