精索静脉曲张的彩色多普勒血流显像诊断

目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对精索静脉曲张的诊断价值以及对临床治疗的指导意义。方法采用高频探头对98例临床拟诊精索静脉曲张患者以及70名健康对照者,观察精索静脉内径、Valsalva试验时精索静脉内径、静脉反流时间及最大返流速度。结果98例精索静脉曲张患者中,发现左右侧合计精索静脉曲张120侧,其中左侧93例,右侧27例,各精索静脉曲张组与对照组,平静呼吸时精索静脉最大内径、Valsalva试验时精索静脉最大内径、最大返流速度及返流时间均具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论CDFI可以精确观测精索静脉内径、静脉反流时间及最大返流速度,并依据上述指标对精索静脉曲张分级,以帮助临床制定治疗方案。

Value of color Doppler flow imaging in diagnosis of varicocele

Objective To study the value of colour Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in diagnosis of varicocele so as to improve the treatment effects.Methods In 98 patients with varicocele suspected clinically, the diameter of spermatic cord vein(DS), as well its diameter(DV), the peak velocity of reflux (Vmax) and reflux time (TR) at valsalva maneuver were measured; 70 healthy adults were taken as control.Results In the 98 patients 120 varicocele were found,among which,93 in the left and 27 in the right.The difference of DS,DV,Vmax and RT between the study group and control group was respectively statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion Using CDFI can help surgeons to obtain the accurative data of DS,DV,Vmax and TR.These datas are very useful for surgeons diagnosing,classifying and selecting treatments regime for varicocele.
