| 摘 要： | 为探讨中药电腾疗在腰椎间盘突出症康复治疗中的作用 ,选择 130例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组 ,行拉压治疗后观察组给以中药电腾疗 ;对照组给以蜡疗、频谱、音频等理疗。结果显示 ,两组比较观察组治愈率高 ( P<0 .0 5 )、疗程短 ( P<0 .0 1)。随访 6个月～ 1年 ,治愈者复发率观察组明显低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。表明中药电腾疗法在腰椎间盘突出症康复治疗中具有提高疗效、预防复发的作用

ELECTRIC FUMIGATNG WITH TRADITIONAL CHINESE DRUGS IN THE REHABILITATION OF LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISK HERNIA AFTER THE PULLING-PRESSING TREATMENT |

| Abstract: | In order to explore the function of electric fumigating with traditional Chinese drugs (EFTCD) in the rehabilitation of lumbar intervertebral disk hernia (LIDH), 130 cases of LIDH were randomly divided into the observed and control groups, the former were given EFTCD after the pullingpressing treatment and the latter were given physiotherapies, such as kerotherapy, frequency spectrum, audio frequency, etc. The results showed that the observed group obtained a higher cured rate (P < 0.05) and a shorter course of treatment (P < 0.01). The followup of 6-12 months showed the recurrence rate of the cured cases in the observed group was significantly lower than that of the control (P < 0.0), suggesting that EFTCD has the function to improve the therapeutic effect and prevent the recurrence. |
