高效毛细管电泳法测定栀子中栀子苷的含量

摘    要:目的:测定中药栀子中栀子苷的含量。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法,电泳条件为石英毛细管柱(50μm×83cm,实际长度74cm),运行缓冲液为0.05mol.L-1Na2B4O7:0.01mol.L-1Na2HPO4=5∶1(16℃pH=9.2),分离电压为28kV,压力进样30mbar×8s,温度为25℃,检测波长为238nm。结果:栀子苷在0.5~1.75mg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.64%,RSD为1.23%。结论:高效毛细管电泳法可用于测定栀子中栀子苷的含量。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the content of Geniposide Baicalin in Fructus gardeniae.Methods:Apply the methods of HPCE,and the best condition was using the quartz capillary tube(50μm×83cm,practical length is74cm),0.05mol·L-1Na_2B_4O_7:0.01mol·L-1Na_2HPO_4=5∶1(pH=9.2 at 16℃)buffer,pressure injection 30mbar×8s,at a constant voltage of 28kV and temperature at 25℃.It was detected on 238nm.Results:Geniposide Baicalin had a good linearity within 0.5~1.75mg·mL-1(r=0.9998),and the average recovery were 99.64% with RSD 1.23%.Conclusion:This method is feasible for determination of Geniposide Baicalin in Fructus gardeniae.
