乳腺癌的原发与转移癌中P~(53)蛋白表达的相关性

目的　探讨P53 突变蛋白在乳腺癌原发灶与转移灶中表达差异与其侵袭性之间的关系。方法　用免疫组化ABC法检测了 42例乳腺原发癌与转移癌石蜡切片中 ,P53 蛋白表达情况。结果　乳腺癌P53蛋白的异常表达率为 5 9.5 2 % (2 5 /4 2 )。原发组阳性率为 45 .45 % (10 /2 2 ) ,转移组 75 .0 0 % (15 /2 0 )。≥ 45岁组阳性率 80 .0 0 % (16 /2 0 ) ,<45岁组 40 .91% (9/2 2 )。P53 蛋白表达在乳腺原发癌及转移癌间有显著差异(P <0 .0 5 ) ,与年龄亦显著相关。结论　乳腺原发癌与转移癌之间有明显异质性。

Correlation on the p53 protein expression between the primary carcinoma and metastatic carcinoma in human breast

Objective To study the relationship between the different expression of P 53 protein in primary and metastatic human breast carcinoma and its invasiveness. Methods Forty-two paraffine embedded tissue sections were studied with immunohisto-chemical ABC staining to observe P 53 protein expression in original and metastic tumor.Results The abnormal rate of P 53 protein expression was 59.52%(25/42).The original group was 45.45%(10/22), and that of metastatic group was 75.00%(15/20). The positive rate of the patients who are above 45 years old was 80.00%(16/20), while the younger group was 40.91%(9/22).The difference of the rate was significantly in original tumor,metastatic tumor and age. Conclusion The heterogencity lie between the primary breast carcinoma and the metastatic breast carcinoma.
