摘    要:目的 通过对比中美招收飞行学员医学选拔青光眼标准,分析2012—2015年空军招飞定选学员体检数据,为我军招飞体检标准完善积累数据和资料.方法 对比中美招飞医学选拔标准异同,分析2012—2015年招飞定选阶段学员体检数据.结果 美军招飞体检在青光眼标准上较我军标准更科学、详尽,参考美军标准我军招飞定选中33.3%的学员可能需要更全面的医学评估,即存在误淘和误放可能.结论 我军在《空军招收飞行学员体格检查标准(试行)》中,关于青光眼的标准不够全面、详尽,可适当参考美军标准,结合我军实际,完善标准并长期跟踪学员成飞情况,进而为我军制订更为成熟、完善、合理的招飞标准积累数据和提供依据.

An empirical study on medical selection of flying cadets with glaucoma between PLAAF and USAF
Abstract:Objective To compare the medical standards directory of flying cadets' selection between People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAF) and US Air Force (USAF) on glaucoma and to analyze the cadets' medical data during the past four years, in order to make suggestions for revising PLAAF medical standards.Methods The medical standards of PLAF and USAF were compared and all candidates participating in final selection of medical selection of flying cadets were reevaluated and determined whether they were qualified or not according to USAF Medical Standards Directory. Results The medical standards on glaucoma of USAF were much elaborate. There was remarkable difference between disqualification rates of PLAAF and USAF, and 33.3% or more candidates disqualified to PLAAF standards, who might need overall estimation according to USAF Medical Standards Directory.Conclusion The standard on glaucoma of the PLAAF is ambiguous compared with the standard of the USAF. We could revise the medical standards using USAF standards for reference. More specialist studies should be performed accumulate data and experience for revising the medical standards.
