中美空军飞行学员医学选拔对照实证研究——肝、脾异常

目的 对比分析中美飞行学员医学选拔肝、脾体检标准对选拔结果 的影响,为我军飞行学员医学选拔标准的修订提供相关支持.方法 对照分析2012—2015年招飞定选资料,并对肝、脾体检结果 按照中美招飞医学选拔标准进行比较.结果 按照我军招飞医学选拔标准,4年间肝、脾体检不合格人数92例,综评合格331例.按照美军招飞医学选拔标准,不合格人员中16例合格,15例不合格,61例需进一步评估;综评合格人员中,按美军招飞医学选拔标准合格者302例,需进一步评估者29例,无不合格者.其中不合格及综评合格项目主要包括脾大超标(135例)、肝内钙化灶(117例)、肝脂肪变性(103例)以及肝血管瘤(66例)等.结论 中美飞行学员肝、脾体检医学选拔标准差异较大,实行综合评定制度有利于更好地保留合格学员,借鉴美军招飞医学选拔标准有利于我军招收飞行学员医学选拔标准的修订.

An empirical study on medical selection of flying cadets with abnormal liver andspleen between PLAAF and USAF

Objective To investigate the effects on cadets' selection with different hepatic and splenic medical standards between PLAAF and USAF, and offer related support to revise current medical selection standards.Methods Data of pilots' final selection between 2012 and 2015 were analyzed, and results of hepatic and splenic physical examination were compared according to different medical selection standards.Results Among 92 disqualifications due to item of liver and spleen, 16 of the them met the medical standards directory of USAF and 15 of them did not, 61 needed further confirmation. 331 applicants were qualified after comprehensive assessment due to hepatic and splenic item, of which 302 met the medical standards directory of USAF and 29 needed more confirmation. The main items of hepatic examination that affected pilots' enlistment were hepatic calcified (117), steatosis (103) and hemangiomas (66), while the item of splenic examination that effect enlistment was hypersplenotrophy (135).Conclusions Medical selection standards in liver and spleen were different between PLAAF and USAF, comprehensive assessment served well in reserving qualified candidates, the medical standards directory approved by USAF as a reference standard was useful to revise of current medical selection standards in hepatic and splenic examination.
