| 摘 要： | 护理领导者要有效地去领导下属,圆满地去完成预定的护理管理目标和任务,除了使用上级授予的权力以外,还必需充分地发挥非权力性影响力的作用,但非权力性影响力则有赖于领导者的个人道德品质、情操、情感、才能、学识、经验等因素综合形成,而这些因素主要通过后天教育,培养和个人努力,在实践中锻练而成,本文阐述了通过护理领导者的道德品质,才能学识的培养,来提高自身非权力性影响力,以最大限度发挥其领导作用。

| Abstract: | All nursing leaders want to direct their suboudinates effectively to finish nursing management tasks and achieve goals. There are two ways to do this, one is using authority given by th ehigher body, the other is using fully leader' s inOfluence of nonpower which are depended on many factors, such as leader' s morality, emotion, through education, trsinning and individual efforts.The article discusses how to dnhance nursing learder's influence of nonpower to give full play of her role in management through self - trainning in morality, knowledge and talent. |
