| 摘 要： | 目的比较钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效和实用性。方法采用钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石130例,气压弹道碎石术94例。比较两组手术时间、单次手术碎石率的差异。结果钬激光碎石术手术时间平均为32.5min,少于气压弹道碎石术的48.1min(P<0.01);钬激光碎石术单次手术碎石率为97.7%(127/130),高于气压弹道碎石术的85.1%(80/94)。两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论钬激光碎石术的疗效和实用性明显优于气压弹道碎石术。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy and practicability of ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteric calculi.Methods The 130 patients underwent ureteroscopy with holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy;the 94 patients underwent ureteroscopy with pneumatic lithotripsy.The operation duration and stone-free rate of first operation were compared between the 2 groups.Results The mean operation duration of ureteroscope with holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for ureteric calculi was shorter than that with pneumatic lithoripsy.The stone-free rate of first operation with holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy and with pneumatic lithotripsy was 97.7% and 85.1%,respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for ureteric calculi is more effective and practical than ureteroscopic penumatic lithotripsy. |
