摘    要:本文对耐力训练的实验大鼠心肌毛细血管结构进行了体视学形态计量分析。提示经适宜负荷耐力训练后,与心肌组织细胞供氧有关的毛细血管结构产生了良好的适应性变化,有利于运动心脏的功能。

Abstract:The myocardium, especially the structure properties of the capillary network relevant to tissue oxygenation, were studied morphometrically in male rats undergone up-hill and down-hill running program withelectric treadmill. Image quantitative analysis of left the right ventricular myocardial capillary demonstratedrelative increase in capillary numerical density, capillary-to-fibrial ratio, capillary luminal surface densityand capillary luminal volume density and decrease in the average maximum distance from capillary wall tothe mitochodria of myocytes. In conclusion, the endurance training caused the adaptative changes in the str-ucture of capillary bed controlling oxygen transportation and diffusion, which was benefitial to the functionand mentabolism in the heart of trained rat.
