| 摘 要： | 目的：制定蔓荆叶药材质量标准，为傣药资源的开发利用提供复学依据。方法：生药学研究，浸出物测定法，灰分没定法，薄层色谱法。结果：对蔓荆叶的性状、显微特征进行了描述；对三个不同产地10批蔓荆叶的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、重金属和浸出物进行了测定；同时对其蔓荆子黄素进行了薄层定性鉴别研究。结论：通过研究制定了傣药蔓荆叶的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Folium Viticis by setting up the quality control criteria of trifolia. Methods The pharmacognostical methods were employed. The extract of Folium Viticis was examined. Moisture and ash were determined. And the bioactive constituents were analyzed by TLC. Results The morphological and histological characters of Folium Vitieis were observed. The Vitexiearpin by TLC were preformed respectively. Conclusion The methods developed in this experiment can be used for the quality control of Folium Viticis. |
