稳心颗粒治疗冠心病频发性室性早搏疗效观察

目的 探讨稳心颗粒治疗冠心病频发性室性早搏的疗效。方法 选择100例冠心病频发性室性早搏患者，随机分为治疗组（50例，每次口服稳心颗粒l袋，3次／d）和对照组（50例，每次口服心血康2粒，3次／（1），进行对比治疗观察。结果 稳心颗粒能有效治疗冠心痛频发性室性早搏，无明显不良反应，总有效率达84％，与对照组相比差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论 稳心颗粒有抗心率失常作用，能有效治疗室性早搏。

Observation of Therapeutic Effects of Wenxin Granule on Coronary Heart Disease with Frequent Premature Ventricular Contractions

Objective To conclude the curative effects of Wenxin granule on the coronary heart disease with frequent premature ventricular contractions.Methods 100 patients of coronary heart disease with frequent premature ventricular contractions were selected and divided randomly into two groups.One group was the treatment group(50 patients taking orally a bag of Wenxin granules,3 times per day);the other was the control group(50 patients taking orally two bags of Xinxuekang granules,3 times per day).Results Wenxin granule could effectively treat the coronary heart disease with frequent premature ventricular contractions.Its overall effective rate was 84%with no adverse reactions.As compared with the contral group,the differences were obvious(P < 0.01).Conclusion Wenxin granule has the effect to resist irregular heart rate and to treat premature ventricular contractions.
