| 摘 要： | 目的：了解大中型医院开展社区卫生服务的现状，发现存在的问题，为有关部门提供建议。方法：采用分层随机抽样方法调查了四川省122家二级乙等及其以上等级的大中型医院。结果：大中型医院开展的社区卫生服务情况欠佳，存在服务人员总体素质不高、管理较混乱、服务内容偏重临床、经济效益不好等诸多问题。结论：需要加强对社区卫生服务的规范化管理、制订完善配套政策、重视社区卫生人才培养。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the present conditions and the problems of community health service carried out by big hospitals and middle hospitals to provide suggests for relevant departments Methods 122 big hospitals and middle hospitals were investigated through stratified random sampling Results The present conditions of community health service carried out by big hospitals and middle hospitals were not good and had many problems The general quality of service staff was low,the management of community health service was disordered,the service content was laid stress on clinic particularly,and the economic benefit was poor Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen standardization management of community health service,formulate and perfect supporting policies,and pay attention to cultivate the community health talent |
